In the current COVID-19 pandemic, keeping kids safe and healthy is all we ever think about. If you’ve been looking for some ways to boost your kid’s immunity, look no further. Here are three easy homemade fruit juices that will do just that!

1. Beet Supreme (ABC Juice)

Also known as “Miracle Juice” or “ABC Juice”, this juice is well known for its immunity-boosting properties. Naturally sweet, it is packed with many nutrients and vitamins that strengthen the body’s ability to repair itself and grow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • ¼ Beet
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ glass of chilled water
  •  1 tablespoon of honey or lemon juice (optional)

Make your own: 

  1. Add all the fruits and veggies into a juicer/blender.
  2. Add water if needed.
  3. Serve in a glass with a tablespoon of honey or lemon juice!

2. Green Apple Splash (Green Juice)

  • 1-2 Kiwis
  • Handful of parsley 
  • A bunch of Kale
  • 1 Lime (optional)

Make your own: 

  1. Add all the fruits and veggies into a juicer/blender.
  2. Add water to juice/blend them faster.
  3. Serve in a glass with a squeeze of lime.

3. Berry Paradise

Berries – we know kids can’t get enough of them. They’re sweet, bite-sized, and best of all are packed with antioxidants that will keep our bodies healthy.

Try this juice with your berry-lovers and leave them feeling refreshed and energized!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup soy or almond milk

Make your own: 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass when ready to drink.
