By purchasing an AireSone Junior Device, you, the purchaser, agree to AEvice Health Pte Ltd’s Shipping Policy. This Shipping Policy supersedes any and all written or verbal communications from any company affiliate or representative. Exceptions to this or any policy will only be made at AEvice Health Pte Ltd’s sole discretion.

Where does AireSone Junior ship to?

AEvice Health Pte Ltd ships only to the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, you should receive your AireSone Junior Device within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on where you live. Please note that our shippers cannot promise this delivery service to all addresses.

If at the point of purchase, extended shipment durations are clearly indicated, your order arrival time will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this moment, free shipping for AireSone Junior Device is not available.

Rest assured, all shipping charges will be communicated to you before you place your order.

What if I made a mistake with the shipping method?

AEvice Health Pte Ltd is not financially responsible for the accidental choices made at the point of purchase regarding the shipment option(s) chosen for the AireSone Junior Device purchase.

AEvice Health Pte Ltd will therefore not be responsible to provide financial remuneration for any costs resulting from such accidents.

Will I need to pay for customs duties on my AireSone Junior purchase? 

Kindly take note that our shipping fees only cover the cost of freight and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.

As such, we do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will we accept any orders back due to any of the above-mentioned reasons.
